South Point Cattle, LLC was established in 2014 by owners Rodney Schmidt and his wife Melissa.  South Point is a bonded dealer of all classes of cattle.  Our mission is to provide quality cattle and timely delivery, while always striving to build a solid and lasting relationship with each of our customers.

• Upon arrival, all cattle have access to fresh water and quality alfalfa or coastal hay.
• To ensure they get the best start possible, we have designed our brand new facilities with them in mind.
• Each pen contains feed bunks and two Ritchie water troughs that are cleaned after every turn of cattle.
• Our starter ration is custom designed by a nutritionist.
• We use a handful of trusted and dedicated buyers.
• We are a member of the LMA (Livestock Marketing Association).
